Hats flying in the air, we all smile, beaming at the camera during our graduation day. Then comes the real dilemma, what after B.Tech? You might think the ones who make it big are proficient in coding or have a business set up for them already. Fret not, there are plenty of options ahead after B.Tech for those who don’t like coding. Many engineers have been successful after B.Tech, landing high paying jobs with no coding requirements. Here are a few interesting, high paying avenues to go ahead after B.Tech.

1.MBA – Human Resource Management

The path most trodden by B.Tech graduates who hate coding is pursing of MBA ( Master of Business Administration) Engineers are very resourceful as MBA candidates as we already have technical knowledge of the company’s industry.
